ProperProt provides enterprise-grade DDoS protection and network security services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice to existing customers.
ProperProt strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for our protection services. Specific SLA terms are outlined in your service agreement and may vary based on your subscription tier.
ProperProt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. ProperProt reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service dashboard. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
